Thank you for shopping at Olive Road boutique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy.

 

Olive Road Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Like most online boutiques, we provide store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and will not be accepted for return.

Please note that swimsuits, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Returns must be free of any signs of wear. We kindly ask you to double-check your items before sending them back.

All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Returns received outside of this window may be denied.

Just package up your items with the return label we provide and drop it off at a participating location- it's that easy. 

We do offer free return shipping, and at this time, we are not offering exchanges.
